@tanpukunokami > But we do not choose to hate the Americans standing in front of us today because of what happened 80 years ago.
Britain gets along with the USA, too, despite all that 1776 stuff. 🇺🇸🇬🇧
@japan_nobunaga Which fast food place was this? Thought you weren't allowed to use the drive thru by foot?
Also: Hope you didn't get an AI fast food bot. :P

Spencer Pratt says nearly all his funders are Democrats, they want change in California
“I'm a registered Republican, but my supporters are all Democrats because Los Angeles is all Democrats. All the people financing me are Democrats. All the meetings I take every day are Democrats. Democrats are very angry with what happened to Los Angeles.
They were fed a bunch of lies by Mayor Bass who said she was gonna literally solve homelessness. She was gonna do all these things she didn't do. So all of the people that put her actually in office are now behind me.
So it's a nonpartisan race. There's no letter next to either of our names. Because the mayor is not supposed to represent a party.
They're supposed to make sure your moms are safe, your houses don't burn down, and your tax money is going to your infrastructure, not to fund drug addicts”
LA has to vote Spencer Pratt, let me remind everyone of what’s going to happen if Spencer wins
- Enforce laws to remove homeless encampments from streets, parks, and sidewalks, while prioritizing mandatory drug treatment over housing-first policies
- Increase funding and support for the Los Angeles Police Department. Expand patrols, crack down on street takeovers, crime
and open drug use
- Demand accountability for past failures, especially the Palisades Fire, audit emergency infrastructure, streamline command for first responders, and better prepare the city for future disasters
- Conduct comprehensive audits of city spending, especially homelessness programs. End “sweetheart deals” and restore competitive bidding
- Replace political appointees on key commissions like police, fire and more with experienced experts and veterans to improve accountability and efficiency
The choice is clear
@japan_nobunaga Er... this is how I'd expect an American to behave in Japan, not the other way around!
One refill is common, four would be a bit much. Although, yes, there's so much profit on drinks that the restaurants still make money.
