Yes it's cheaper to cook at home. Eat out and you pay for not only the wholesale cost, but the overhead, business tax, electricity, labor, etc...of the restaurant. 500% markup is reasonable, it's what they need to charge to stay in business. it hadn't been determined illegal in VA. The VA Supreme Court only said that challenges will continue in lower courts before they rule. In the end, the VA Supreme Court is crazy liberal and can be removed by the VA legislature, which now overwhelmingly Dem. They will always side with democrats.
