@thepivot @OfficialCrowder But there is relief. A friend of mine named William Person suffered from CTE. He was an Olympic bobsledder. He lays in a hyperbaric chamber a couple of hours a day and has almost completely reversed the effects. Joe Namath told him about it.

I have several chronic injuries from track and hoop at a high level. We both came to the conclusion we’d do it all over again and not think twice.

@Jumpshot8 I think the principle he’s trying to teach is how you anticipate the direction the ball handler is going. The proper way is to jump back in the direction the dribbler is going while maintaining a defensive stance. That shit is going to get someone killed.
