@Tolarchaeota @BowenLab1 Unfortunately I didn't use any environmental extraction kits for my projects so I can't say. I used Zymo Direct-zol columns for Trizol RNA extractions and I think we tested and Chris A. used their DNA/RNA kits for cultures.
