you actually have no idea what you’re talking about . this “deep learning vs LLM slop” distinction dissolved 5+ years ago — the transformer architecture that drives modern chatbots is the same technological lineage behind protein folding, drug discovery, and medical imaging etc. transformers scale better and handle multimodal data and the only reason they haven’t fully replaced older technology is because deployed clinical systems will lag by years .

extremely interesting that the “anti ai” movement routinely spew the most lazy and facile arguments — that even the most cursory research can disprove— and their supporters cheer . ironically , like they aren’t very interested in doing their own thinking
