Just set up Clawd on a $5 Hetzner VPS.

I see many people buying Mac minis for setup, but it is definitely not a requirement. A simple VPS works perfectly fine to get started.

The installation was smooth and the documentation is clear and well structured. Overall, I did not struggle much with the setup.

The only challenging part was accessing the server dashboard from my local machine. I solved this together with @openclaw via Telegram. I had already created a Telegram channel, which made it easier to handle.

For now, I connected it to OpenAI Codex since I already have a ChatGPT Pro subscription. I may consider adding Claude Code later if there is a need.

This is how I’m approaching it:
• Start with a low cost VPS and actually use it
• Upgrade VPS resources only if I hit real limits
• No need to overbuy hardware upfront

Google Play just shocked me 😲
My app had been under review for 10 days, and instead of a response, I got a message saying my entire developer account was closed for “high risk behavior.”

The reason seems to be that my previous personal account, which was closed years ago due to inactivity, was linked to my new company account (neidbau LLC).

I’ve already appealed and explained everything.
Hoping Google reviews it fairly and reopens the account soon.
