I’ve tried not to rant @WelshGovernment because I understand the difficulties but your failure to act in a timely manner to introduce #Lucyslaw4wales has meant that the puppy selling trade in Wales is booming. Whilst it does we continue to pick up the calateral damage. Shameful

Advent Calendar Day 19 to @WelshGovernment Jet the Scottie arrived in the boot of a farmers car in 2004. She lived for 32wks after a 3 Kilo tumour was removed from her abdomen. I promised her I would never say no to a farmed dog. 14 yrs on the fight continues . #lucyslaw4wales

Erica came from a licensed puppyfarm @WelshGovernment. She lived for just 49 days once she got her freedom. Her kidneys had failed. This is Welsh puppyfarming. This is happening now and without #Lucyslaw4wales this will continue to be our shame. @marcthevet @CARIADCAMPAIGN
