I feel the need to share the original unedited video because of how widely the maliciously edited clips have spread that led to misinformation and harassment
Ryujin was simply adjusting her outfit between performances. The edited clips intentionally slow down, reverse and loop the moment when she was tucking in her top, that lasted only a second, to create the false impression that she was “scratching” or whatever awful sexualizing words they’re using against her. It was a completely normal harmless action, but unfortunately it has been taken out of context and deliberately misrepresented through deceptive editing

you keep saying lisa ‘stole a business,’ but where’s the evidence? the public record only says the company was formerly called LOUDCO and later renamed LLOUD. it does not say it was stolen, illegally acquired or even purchased. unless you have ownership transfer documents, court records or a statement from the alleged former owners, you’re presenting speculation as fact.
what the records actually prove:
1. the company was incorporated as LOUDCO PTE. LTD. on 12 nov 2023.
the public ACRA records show the company was originally registered under the name LOUDCO and later changed its name to LLOUD CO. PTE. LTD. the UEN (202344752E) remained the same, which means it is the same legal entity with a new name. 📎 https://t.co/NyXCB5vZOG + https://t.co/VyNNA9bvoP
2. a name change is not evidence of theft.
singapore company records simply record legal changes such as company names. 📎https://t.co/68NyoPitIb
they do not say:
- who conceived the brand
- who negotiated ownership
- why the name changed
- whether there was a sale
- whether new shareholders came in
- or whether the company was incorporated from the beginning for lisa’s future use.
3. “bought from previously company Loudco!
the official record only says former entity name: LOUDCO. it does not say “purchased,” “acquired,” or “stolen.”
4. the registered business activity doesn’t prove someone else’s operating business was taken.
the SSIC code (“brokerage and consultancy services of intellectual property assets”) is simply a business classification required for registration. it does not prove the company had active clients, employees or an operating consultancy before becoming lloud. public records don’t establish that.
5. lloud subsequently developed its own branding.
the company filed trademark applications for lloud and LL in apr 2024. that reflects work to establish and protect its own brand identity after the rename.
