A potential challenge may be working through aesthetic nature of dance and the need for stability at extreme ROM and likely limited options for bracing.

@ORourkeDPT@Jerry_DurhamPT Lateral band walks, (backward) monster walks, Y-balance, and lateral step-downs are all good ones for glut and quad engagement as well as addressing some of the unilateral demands! There's a lot of knee bend in skating, so strong quads are essential.
