if you think about it rouxls has never used his own attacks. in ch1 he has k.round attack you. in ch2 he has the thrash machine attack you. in ch3 he STILL doesnt have his own bullet patterns, he uses shadowguys and elnina and lanino instead. yet he can LITERALLY TELEPORT
