Extremely disappointed with @BlueDart_ @BlueDartCares! My Delhi Watch Company order (Order ID: 87126) was supposed to be delivered by Oct 5, 2026, but wasn’t even scheduled for delivery. Today, Oct 6, I received an “Out for Delivery” notification.

This is unacceptable and highly irresponsible. Why mark a shipment as “Premises Closed” when the delivery executive never even attempted delivery? Very disappointed. Please investigate and deliver my order immediately.

I waited for the delivery, but nobody called me or came to my premises. Then I received a notification saying “Delivery Attempted – Premises Closed.” This is completely FALSE. My premises were NOT closed, and no delivery attempt was made.

@SwiggyCares This is misleading. I used the 50% Starbucks Dineout offer on a ₹740 bill and got a ₹370 discount, but Swiggy added a ₹93.22 convenience fee + ₹16.78 GST (₹110 total), making me pay ₹480 instead of ₹370. A ₹110 convenience fee defeats the purpose of a 50% off
