There's some cracking wines in this range that all offer super value. Although the wines of Romania do deliver with international varietals, they are truly at their best with indigenous grapes and styles.

A family owned winery, Ecker - Eckhof is a producer of quality Austrian wines. The Zweigelt Brillant is an approachable, not overly complex but extremely drinkable wine. Cherries, berries & some pepper spice. Around £13 from some UK indie #wine merchants
