@chippedbuilds I must have missed the hype… I’ve de-elegooed my N4Pro, running stock Klipper with help from OpenNept4une. Currently waiting for a new hot end, as mine decided the screws attaching the heat block should snap. But when it’s actually printing it’s doing a great job 😎
Hello Tribe
I have two ways i am Fund Raising it I am using my https://t.co/QfmH91vcvy… for personal stuff and for the event and stay and flights I am using thought my american contacts https://t.co/YPJAOVfVCS
Tweeps, anybody’s got a decent screwdriver set recommendation? My basic set is all but done now, so I need a new one. Nothing fancy needed, but will for sure be considered.
I don't like glass fiber. It's coarse and rough and irritating and it gets everywhere. But it does add some strength to a #3dprint I’ve printed too fast and therefore has quite poor layer adhesion. Just wish I’d done it before painting and adding the electronics, though.
@PhillipForbes Sounds like I’ve got a plan, then. I’m giving it away to a nine year old friend of my son, so it can do with all the strength it can get.
@PhillipForbes Game studios need to add an oldie mode: “This is what’s happened this far in the game, this is what you’re doing next. Oh, and here are the most important controls you need to remember.”
@PhillipForbes I’ve considered covering the entire inside of the Iron Man helmet I printed in fibreglass to add some strength, as I may have printed it a bit quickly – thus having poor layer adhesion. But I haven’t figured out if it will make it a whole lot worse to wear or not.
@shenanigans3d@WhamBamSystems I used to think nothing sticks to silicone, but my CA glue sticks really well to the mat, sadly. Really, really well, leaving acetone to be the only solution to get it off.
@peterso58518258@WhamBamSystems No, not actually damaged the silicone, but it has gotten a few dings from me being impatient while removing the dried CA glue.
Cam is misaligned, but I’m making a sign to hang by the gaming PC. “Bots of any kind will not only get you banned from the server, but also from the computer”. Son (almost 9) needs to learn 😅
@shenanigans3d You really do. Everybody does! Here’s the one I printed: https://t.co/31iWWH3TZU
Let me know if you do, I’ve got the wiring and code at the ready.
“UNITED? UNITY ISN’T ABOUT BEING THE SAME. IT’S ABOUT WORKING TOGETHER.” Love my Iron Man helmet, extra so because it’s powered by a @Raspberry_Pi Pico. Printed in @Polymaker_3D Polylite CosPLA, sanded and painted.
