@CLEWineGuy @_drazzari @boozychef @jflorez Syrah Nouveau is made with Carbonic Maceration (enzymatic fermentation within the berries) leading to juicier and fresher wines with less tannin usually. Beaujolais makes this style with Gamay. Our regular Syrah is made more classically based of Northern Rhone style. #Pinksociety

@vdebrunner @_drazzari @thepinksociety_ @boozychef @jflorez We make around 300-400 cases usually. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah, Rose, Sauvignon Blanc and try to visit the vineyards every couple of weeks until the fruit gets close then every other day to nail the pick date #PinkSociety
