@carl_membraneus@mslaflamme And that's how the cytoskeleton can help your problem! We allow cells to move around through the Cilia & flagella which can help cell reproduction & nutrient exchange to replace the ones that cholera destroyed. :-)!
@carl_membraneus@mslaflamme Then tell me what the cell membrane is doing to help those cases that can't be treated? the cytoskeleton wouldn't let that happen, we have the strength to hold up the entire cell, enough strength to keep pathogenic bacteria out of the cell if we were in y'alls position.
@carl_membraneus@mslaflamme and so you're saying because the US is developed we shouldn't care about the poor-countries that are fighting against these diseases bc health care is not affordable over there? That's a little bias there.. everyone deserves quality health care.
@carl_membraneus@mslaflamme According to the World Health Organization (WHO) researchers estimated that each year there are 1.3 - 4 million cases of cholera... equally up to 21,000 - 143,000 DEATHS world wide! We should look at problems worldwide not just the US bc were not the only ones inhabitants.
@Ribawesomeness@mslaflamme It's not really a secret either.. there are also other organelles that cause it too. we all have our faults, no one's perfect right?
@thatcellwall@mslaflamme I guess it'll really come down on election day! Don't thank me yet, we DO support other organelles but we don't lose our structure
@thatcellwall@mslaflamme It IS a campaign, you want a leader that is strong enough to take hits & retaliate so they know how to react to other harms towards the cell
