Coins have kids now.
cell is a launchpad where every coin can multiply.
• Launch in one signature
• When your coin earns 1 SOL in fees, it has a kid
• Half the kid's fees go to the parent's holders, forever
• 15% of all fees buy and burn $cell

Pick a coin and follow its family.
Its page shows where it came from, what its treasury has claimed and how close it is to another birth.

Parent payouts arrive as SOL.
The child sends creator fees to the parent pool, and the pool pays eligible parent holders.

Births, payouts and burns each have their own records.
A minted child, a holder payment and a token burn are separate transactions.
The site links to the receipts for each.
A quiet coin waits.
A coin with less than 0.1 SOL in claimed fees over 24 hours is marked quiet and won't have a child while quiet.
Its coin page shows that state.
Check the whole mint address.
The main $cell token:

The same address is on our profile and website. Coin names alone don't identify a mint.
A root coin keeps 85% of its creator fees in its treasury. The pad receives 15%.
Once that root has a child, the child has its own split, including the half that goes to the root's holders.
The opening buy comes from the parent's treasury.
After reserving mint, network and rent costs, cell uses 80% of the remaining treasury balance to buy the child in its creation transaction.
Payouts are checked every minute. A check isn't always a payment.
The pool needs enough SOL to divide, and small wallet shares carry forward.
The history shows the rounds that actually paid.

Two births are already recorded on cell:
CELLCAT → MITOMEOW
CELL → MBRANE
You can follow both families on the site. CELL here is a pad coin, separate from the main $cell token.
The launchpad fee split and the buyback budget are different numbers.
The pad receives 15% of creator fees from pad coins. Half of that cut funds $cell buybacks.
The burn ledger shows the resulting buys and burns.
The first payout reading establishes who holds the parent. It doesn't pay yet.
Later rounds compare against the previous reading, so a wallet has to hold across rounds to count.
A small payout can wait.
If your share is below 0.0005 SOL, cell carries it into your next share until there's enough to send.
The payout records show what was paid and what was carried.
Clearing the birth bar starts a wait of 1 to 5 minutes.
A later block hash determines the wait. The coin page shows the countdown once it's set.
Fees collected during the wait still help fund the child's opening buy.
Once a child is minted, the fee-split admin is revoked.
The split that pays its parent's holders stays with that child.
You can inspect the addresses on chain.
A child's creator fees have three destinations:
50% to its parent's holder pool
35% to its own treasury
15% to the pad
The split is written when the child is minted.
CELLCAT had MITOMEOW.
The birth card records the slot, the mint and the fee split. Half of MITOMEOW's creator fees goes to CELLCAT holders.

The wallet signs the launch.
Choose a name, ticker and image on cell, then review the transaction in your wallet.
The launch fee is 0.1 SOL, plus network and account costs.

The birth bars reset after each child.
Default ladder: 1 SOL for the first, 3 for the second, 10 for the third.
Each bar counts claimed fees since the previous birth. A coin can have up to three children.
