Last year at CW we developed our own all in one diary & journal. We believe this is an essential tool for people in prison, prison staff and people in the community to achieve and progress towards a positive future.
Amazing to have this important opportunity in the @MyDoncaster Council community!
We are now going live with our sign ups for our employment course, to support their 'Pathways To Work' programme. If you are in Doncaster or know anyone who this could help please share!
TRANSFORM YOUR FUTURE WITH CW
We are putting on a 2 week Life Skills, Fitness and Employability workshop for The City of Doncaster Council, starting in March. The workshop will come with further support to link participants with Doncaster employers.
This year's incredible, beautiful and free @KoestlerArts exhibition in the London @southbankcentre is now open and runs til Dec 14th. Go!
I had the pleasure of seeing the exhibition (and our @RHUL_Law sponsored piece) with @cellworkout last night

We will be seeing how their day to day planning has been going. And to see what went well or what needs reviewing.
And they will then receive our newly created CW diary journals which we launched the other week. This will enable them to continue this planning throughout the year
Wednesday was a great way to start 2025 with a CW Workshop delivery to the lifers at @HMPIsis .
We were invited by @Clinks_Tweets at the back end of last year for a 2 Part Workshop, 4 weeks apart to allow time for realistic short terms goals to be met.
We spoke through many topics such as applying clear strategy to plan their days, setting realistic goals and staying on track.
This delivery is in 2 parts. We will be going back to HMP Isis in a months time to meet up with the 2 groups.

Back in September I was invited to @DrRosieMeek ‘Sports and Physical Activity in our Prisons: Knowledge Exchange’ event at @RoyalHolloway University of London
In attendance was around 60 representatives largely from prison staff, partner organisations and academia.
It was especially nice to hear from PEI Andrew Small, who in his delegate introduction mention his form PEI at @HMPPentonville Andy “Shorty” Turner who was taught my my @active_iq PT Level 3 course. It’s thanks to them I know have the career I do.
The aim of the day was to inspire young people, share advice and to present various opportunities from a range of different voices.
During and after our workshop we had some great chats and discussions with the people involved. Was brilliant to see the ambition amongst the event
This was a positive summer collaboration we was involved in this year: ‘Future You’. It was great to get invited down to deliver a workshop for the @schuh x @TOMS x @KingsTrust. The event was held in Newham and the attendance was captivated!
