@chrispic88 The skillset imo isn’t dynamic enough to play the way he does at the NHL level. Flying the zone early, not exactly pacey, relies on space to create a lot of his offense

Playstyle wise he’ll have to be in a top6 role- I don’t know if he’ll have enough dynamic skill to stick there

Here was my top 32 from the year as promised- like I said I felt I had different opinions than the consensus all year on certain guys

The biggest ones being Villeneuve and Hemming

Couple first round guys for me that didn’t go very high: Svensk, Zielinski, Bilecki and Preston

@SorryImLearning @Hockey_Robinson Maybe don’t have the necessary assets. You’ll need your own 4 first round picks and some teams may not have that but may have other assets to give up in the form of players or prospects that are more of an appealing package to the team giving the offer sheet

@ColtonBaxter17 Weirdly enough he was one of those prospects where he needed to grow his on-the-puck game. Usually it’s the reverse for prospects. One thing is for sure though, no lack of compete with him lol

The fact Chicago got Villeneuve makes me wish they would have kept pick 4 even more

@JFreshHockey The hardest part is system based PK. Some guys may be great in aggressive systems and others may excel in collapsed/non chasing systems

Also fit to team around him. Composition of players helps

Just cause he was a bad PKer on one team, don’t mean he will be bad on another

@the_habitant Tynan is good. He’s a very young draft eligible in college hockey, he’s still trying to get back to form from his injury. Anybody who watched him last season in the Clark cup and the U18s, knows he’s a solid player.

@German_Spitfire Rudolph is one of the best breakout passers in this draft, combination of scoring ability, size, puck moving skill is very intriguing to me. I’m surprised EP doesn’t value him more than they do.
