@peter_tulip @JosephNWalker While you talk about investment expectations etc. there are too many who can't afford a home, simply a roof over their family's head and not an economic investment rather the old-fashioned individual or family's investment in their health and safety. This should be the priority.

@peter_tulip That might have had to do with conservative approaches in these countries too. It has failed globally. Left us searching for alternative approaches. Our adult kids are stuffed so perhaps it will come in time for the grand kids.
