@Wickes Poor after sales. It's been 8 months with a refitted bathroom that floods on every use. Half finished vents and poor joinery on cabinets. Need to find a company to take it out and start again. £14k down the drain. Wickes offered £100 compensation, so I should be happy, right?

@Wickes @Handover_Nurse Had the same issue. No resolution. Just a token. "Goodwill gesture."
Won't cover the cost to fix the issue. Oddly, everyone at Wickes agrees that the quality was bad. But they've got my money so they're happy to leave me to sort it out myself. Other brands are available.

@Wickes The real problem is that Wickes seems to care about customers' politics rather than the quality of the product. The amount of waste, the number of attempts to get things right. The fact that our neurodiversity is considered more of an issue than the quality expected.

They have to offer those who completed it a 2nd go.
So, they have to offer everyone a 2nd go.
And if this retake increases the average pass and the pass mark goes up then those that have passed who didn't take that 2nd go have that option.
