Claude says: 12 (top) מדינת ישראל — "Medinat Yisrael" (State of Israel) This appears to be a watch dial viewed through a jeweler's loupe (which is why everything is mirrored). The "12" is the hour marker, and "מדינת ישראל" indicates it's an Israeli-made watch — possibly a vintage piece. Could be something like an old Adi or Ofir brand watch, which were manufactured in Israel and commonly bore that inscription on the dial.

@Mr_Husky1 I would have apologized and said I would provide a better tip. Taken the $50 and put it back in my wallet and pulled out a piece of paper and wrote- life tip: if $50 is not satisfactory for a $200 bill you should seek a new profession that pays you more.
