Attention 'da torch.ones_like 'ı kullanmayı istemiyorum zamanım olduğunda düzenleyeceğim. Orjinal modelin mask_tensor üretim yapısı çok daha farklı. Modüler bir mimari ve olabildiğince Lite sürüm için (open-source) sadeleştirdim.

Score = Bid × Lockup × NFT Multiplier.
Higher score → closer to the lowest band.

Community phase has a max of 20M tokens. If demand is higher, we distribute while protecting small tickets.

GameFi?? Call it Web3 gaming if you want, but the real issue was money aping into anything that looked hype with zero filter.

Making games takes years. Retail/public wants results in months. Founders aren’t perfect, sure, but this is still a super new space and everyone’s learning by doing.

I think 2026 is when we’ll see less “DeFi folks trying gaming” and more real game teams shipping solid stuff.

Web3 gaming token summary (2025)

Good: $POWER (Fableborne)
Bad: literally everything else

Lesson: be community-first, ship a real product, have a real team + partners, and control supply or you’re just speedrunning $0

Gaming didn’t fail in Web3.
Most teams didnt build games that stick or engineer token econiemies with strong demand drivers.

There were poor incentives across the chain. Many projects led with tokens and speculation before they had retention, depth, or a reason to come back. Capital allocators funded the wrong teams - i would assume some knowingly and some unkowingly.

Traditional gaming also has an extremely high failure rate too. The difference is that Web3 exposed weak design faster because price became the visible signal 24/7. Token charts fell and continued to.

What works is boring and hard and many teams opted for easier routes to exit liquidity. The psychopaths opted to:

- Build for years
- Ship a high quality competitive product
- Earn trust through execution over years
- Introduce a token only once there is real demand, utility and engagement to support it.

$POWER and @fableborne are showing outliers will exist.

Markets eventually reward real products and ecosystems that scale.

We had a great evening in @PlayProvidence yesterday one of the best games I've ever played.

The event was to defeat the Queen of the Floof and earn 50,000 $OMEN with the team.

It was really exciting and fun 🔥 I was so into the game that my hands were sore for an hour after it.
But the emotions are top, even though we didn't win.

Congratulations to the guys on their victory!

And we continue to play, level up, and move forward the next victory will definitely be ours! 💪
