Anthropic’s Opus 4.6 performs extremely fast and reliably in Europe during off-peak hours (around 04:00 AM). However, after roughly 07:00 AM, usage often gets interrupted with “due to high traffic” messages.
This pattern strongly suggests a resource bottleneck — most likely GPU

ChatGPT-5-High vs. Claude 4-5
Claude is great if you give it a code project from scratch, but it’s like a teenager—super excited to fix or change existing projects, rushing too fast without fully understanding the project, and sometimes messing up the code.

On the other hand,

Both seem well-trained and clever, like CS engineers. Claude feels like a 15–16-year-old: energetic but immature. GPT-5-High feels like a 30–35-year-old: cool and mature, but less organized with helper docs, etc.

GPT-5-High isn’t as organized as Claude 4-5 for brand-new projects. But it’s more natural and thoughtful, trying to understand the project before making changes.
