Congo #rainforest is the World's 2nd largest rainforest after Amazon. It's known for its high levels of biodiversity, including more than 600 tree species and 10000 Animal species.

Unfortunately, the #deforestation has increased due to industrial Plantations.

The Upemba #Lechwe is a subspecies of #antelope found only in the #Upemba Wetlands in the DR Congo. Males are darker than females and only males have horns. Poaching has reduced this kind from estimated 20,000 individuals to under 1000.
