Natasha Cloud on the WNBA community pouring into her: "Everywhere I go. I mean, I just had a fan who identifies as trans cry to me in here, and this is why I do what I do. None of this is performative. I don't want to put myself in front of fires all the time. I don't want to be the one that always has to speak up. But somebody has to fucking do it. With this platform, with all these phones in my face, with all these stories that you're about to write today, I would be doing a disadvantage to communities that I desperately care about, that I identify with, if I didn't use this platform to try to shed light on issues that are plaguing those communities. But I feel empowered. I tell people all the time, jokingly, dogs and kids and babies love me, so I'm good at heart. But especially when I come around these arenas and I have so many people reach out to me, show me love. It just, if anything, it reignites the feeling of having to stand up for others because it's reaching, it's being felt, it's being heard, and that's what we're supposed to do." (Q: Pull Up)
