But slow down and look at what is actually happening.

This Venezuela oil agreement is not just about oil.

It is about geopolitical leverage.

It is about reducing America's exposure to hostile regimes.

It is about strengthening America's position in the Western Hemisphere.

It is about bringing enormous energy reserves closer to the American economic system.

It is about creating another layer of protection against instability in the Middle East.

And ultimately, it is about putting the United States in a stronger position to dictate terms instead of constantly reacting to everyone else.

Think about the strategy.

If America can increase access to Venezuelan crude while continuing to expand domestic production, it potentially weakens the leverage of hostile oil-producing nations.

More supply can pressure global oil prices.

Lower oil prices can eventually mean lower gasoline and diesel prices.

Lower diesel costs reduce trucking and freight expenses.

Lower transportation costs reduce pressure on food, agriculture, manufacturing and retail.

That feeds directly into the cost of living for ordinary Americans.

And when households spend less filling their tanks, they have more money available for groceries, housing, travel, businesses and everything else that drives the American economy.

Then there is the strategic side.

For decades, American foreign policy has often been forced to consider how disruptions thousands of miles away could affect energy markets at home.

Expanding reliable supply within the Western Hemisphere changes that equation.

Not overnight.

Not magically.

But structurally.

And that is what people often miss when President Trump posts something like this.

He is not simply talking about what happens next Tuesday.

He is trying to reposition the country for the next decade.

Energy.

Manufacturing.

And whether someone supports Trump or not, that is the debate Americans should actually be having heading into the midterms.

Vote Republicans in November folks. Give the man the leverage to finish what he's started.

1. He made the border a real border again. In a matter of months, Trump reduced illegal border crossings to their lowest level in half a century. Catch-and-release is finished. 5. He made the 2017 tax cuts permanent…and better.
The One Big Beautiful Bill locked in the largest tax cut in modern history, including the doubled standard deduction, the expanded Child Tax Credit, and 100 percent expensing for factories and equipment. It also delivered No Tax on Tips, No Tax on Overtime, an abolition of most taxes on Social Security benefits, and major relief for seniors.

6. He repealead Obama’s 2009 “Endangerment Finding”, the legal foundation for the Green New Scam.. EPA calls it the largest deregulatory action in American history and estimates that by itself, it will save Americans more than $1.3 trillion. Trump also killed the federal EV mandate, restored Americans’ freedom to buy the cars and trucks they actually want
