The IFS Association vehemently condemns the personal attacks on Foreign Secretary Sh. Vikram Misri and his family. Such baseless targeting of dedicated diplomats is regrettable. We reaffirm our commitment to uphold the dignity of public service.

Another #conviction. Today we got two accused convicted in a live #pangolin smuggling case. Chief Judicial Magistrate awarded 5 years jail term to both accused. The case was made water tight which led to imprisonment of #wildlife smugglers. This is our 8th conviction this year.

This shows our teams zero tolerance towards wildlife crimes and taking every case to its logical conclusion. Convictions are great deterrent against all kind of crimes.

1. Implementation of Keshav Verma committee report for enhancement of service conditions of frontline staff and IFS officers working in field.(1/4)

DGF&SS and IGF IFS Division assured that advisory regarding APAR for entire cadre will be given to all states in compliance with the Supreme Court and DOPT orders which perhaps will remove ambiguity in APAR issue of MP.(3/4)
