@MancBastard1880@WillKingston Why not provide firms with £5000 per British person they hire to cover training costs? Or to hire apprentices?
The solution to every single issue is not ‘more migrants’.
Sharing footage is divisive. Asking why it's happening is divisive. Asking what we can do to stop it is divisive.
You wouldn't want to be divisive, would you?
@MikeTappTweets No Mike, the state of this country is down to a succession of spineless chancers whose only target is reelection, and so refuse to take the highly unpopular but fiscally necessary decisions required to get the country back from the edge of bankruptcy.
@TheSimonEvansX It’s more a sad illustration as to the depths that public service has sunk in this country how such a demonstrable moron can hold a position of great power in government and shape our lives.
@campbellclaret IMO that’s more a consequence of people in the real world disliking Burnham more than Starmer.
Almost universally across my social sphere both are intensely distrusted, even with previous Labour voters. The tax for benefits line from in the week is another nail in the coffin.
Everyday I’m convinced this band of inbred ruminant-botherers must be a psyop whose sole aim is to increase support for Reform & Restore.
They’re doing an unbelievable job.
We asked our audience if it was understandable for Sadiq Khan to promote LGBTQ and alcohol given his position as London mayor serving all communities.
Based on 960 responses, an overwhelming 95% said no.
@ZackPolanski So are we now saying basic biology and genetic characteristics actually do matter when treating or interacting with people?
You need some consistency pal.
@wesstreeting Why not allows us to keep more of our hard earned cash instead of you idiots stealing it just to pour it into an ever expanding black hole of vanity schemes, human rights lawyers and an unaffordable & unproductive public sector.
@julianHjessop Just force employers to prioritise British born people when offering positions, all other things being equal. If they have to exhaust all native options before offering to a migrant then it certainly eases the issue.
@PolitlcsUK There’s a really simple way to solve this - make British born people first choice for jobs. When required qualifications for a position are all equal, an employer can’t take on someone from abroad unless all British born applicants have been offered the role.
@5liveSport@RorySmith@andros_townsend@markchapman MNC (especially Andros) sleeping on Unai Emery’s Villa again - Guardiola suggested yesterday they could be contenders for the title in future, and with a bit of luck keeping our midfield fit who says we can’t with the best manager in the league?
Steven Bartlett says a few glasses of wine ruined the next 3 days of his life
“It's one of those areas where you don't understand the hidden cost until you really give it up for a while. I stopped drinking at 30 years old. I'm now 33. When I was 31, I thought, I'll have a drink again because now I could really A/B test it. I had a year of not drinking, decided to have a drink again”
“It ruined three days of my life. I had a couple of glasses of wine, didn't get drunk. It ruined three days of my life because of the domino effect it caused”
“I got worse sleep that night, and then because I got worse sleep that night, I ate more poorly the next day because my dopamine system or whatever, the cortisol system was all messed up. I podcasted worse. I didn't go to the gym that day or the day after because I felt really bad. I then slept worse, and I could track all of this on my Whoop”
