@jeff_gluck Do you think Hendrick will be giving more support to Trackhouse now? I mean he wants Connor to look at least competitive before he comes over right?
@DodgersNation Another thing to I’ve noticed is that the players take strikes right down the middle of the plate, usually on the 1st pitch. I would encourage them to stop looking for “their” pitch or the “perfect” pitch and simply swing away. They’re patient but also too passive at times.
@DodgersNation They need speed in their line up. Which is why I was sad to see Kendall George get injured. From everything that I’ve read, he’s the fastest player in the organization and could have been called up to give the team a different option in terms of generating some offense.
@DodgersNation Or bring up Hyeseung Kim and put either him or Edman at the top of the order. They need a different approach rather than just hitting home runs.
@DodgersNation They could consider bringing up Sirota and Tibbs, if for only to give players a break. Emphasize more bunting and hit and run situations. Put Edman at top of batting order or someone that can get on base.
@DodgersNation Aren’t you glad the Dodgers got Skubal?? I mean it’s true you can never have enough pitching but still no one could have foreseen the injuries and inconsistencies this year….
@ColeIsKing_ Ahem…Aaron Judge has been traded to the Dodgers for…Aaron Nowitzki, the 233rd ranked prospect in the Dodgers farm system (I’m being sarcastic but with Cashman…you juuussst never know) 🫤🫤🫤
@SleeperDodgers My friend said this to me for every team that refused to pull the trigger on a trade: “If you can’t afford him now, what makes you think you afford him next year when he becomes a free agent and demands a much, much larger salary??” . I didn’t say anything.
@TeamHendrick@IMS By having a week off I mean don’t even think about NASCAR or even touch one piece of equipment. Go out somewhere and get your minds off everything NASCAR-related.
@TeamHendrick@IMS Here’s the attitude I would take: Let everyone have a week off. It’s clear that people are holding on too tight…things are way too tense right now. Re-fresh and re-set for the final 4 races of the regular season and the Chase. What do y’all think?
@jeff_gluck …To those who say that drivers in the 1950’s, 60’s, 70’s, etc. would have no problem driving 500 miles or more for a race today keep in mind that the cars they drove back then are completely different the ones raced today in terms of heat absorption. Of course I’m…
@jeff_gluck Quite the lively debate going on here. I’ll just say this. I’ve never been in a race car where the temp can get up over 130 degrees or more during a 400 or 500 mile race. I can’t imagine it’s very pleasant, especially for a 2, 3, or 4 hour race….
@tannunziata15@MattWeaverRA@TRICONGarage “…just swallowed a little fire” 😱. Hope you get better soon. OTOH, we have a new call sign for you —- Thomas “Fire eater” Annunziata (j/k). (Had too much too drink this morning).
