La carta la firma la vicesecretaria del PSOE pero es obvio que parte del Secretario General Pedro Sánchez, y conmina a sabotear y boicotear las manifestaciones y concentraciones del día 2 de septiembre en apoyo de Ceuta en todas las ciudades de España.
