Fantastic work by our military, first in Zamfara and today in the forests of Kaduna. With good intelligence and the combined capability of our armed forces, we will defeat these evil bandits, insurgents, terrorists and kidnappers all over the country. God bless our troops. 👍🏽👏
@DrJoeAbah@ChifeDr This is shocking and sad. Mr Awolowo was an exemplar statesman, very supportive, calm and soft spoken during my interaction with him via NEPC. He was a champion for women-led businesses. It is a tragic loss for his family, the ecosystem and our nation. May his soul rest in peace.

It was an exciting way to end the year as the @PVAC_NG team, led by National Coordinator Dr. Abdu Mukhtar @Dr_AbduMukhtar, presented a comprehensive update on the remarkable progress of the Presidential Initiative on Unlocking the Healthcare Value Chain (PVAC). Approved under HE President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s @officialABAT Renewed Hope Agenda, PVAC is driving economic growth and health security through healthcare transformation.
In one year, PVAC has achieved a $5 billion project pipeline, $2 billion in foreign investments, and 74 transformative projects. Partnerships with global leaders like @SiemensHealth, @BHR_BIOSYNEX, @vestergaard, @GSK, @AbbottNews, @BASF, and @moderna_tx, as well as the integration of clinical trials, position Nigeria as a leader in Africa’s healthcare and R&D ecosystem. The Executive Order signed by Mr. President has provided tax and duty exemptions, catalyzing local manufacturing.
These milestones have been supported by @FinMinNigeria under Chief Wale Edun, @fmitiofficial, @NafdacAgency, @NIPRD2, @nsia_nigeria, and @NgCustoms, who have ensured quality standards, streamlined processes, and infrastructure investments.
As we approach 2025, the “Year of Execution,” PVAC will focus on scaling local manufacturing, deepening partnerships, and reducing costs while improving access. The aim is to create 500,000 jobs and generate billions in revenue by 2028, making healthcare a cornerstone of Nigeria’s economic transformation.
Meet Tope Awotona.
At age 12, he witnessed his father's murder during a carjacking in Lagos, Nigeria.
That moment changed everything.
But little did he know, this tragedy would fuel one of the greatest comeback stories of all time...
@renoomokri 1. Interesting. Watched your thoughts about Iweri, Ile Ife and the African civilization you were sharing with the Caucasian couple. I wonder if you are able to read Yoruba lettering without the accent indicators (do, re, mi) present.
What an electrifying time at #UNGA79 where @patorankingfire took center stage at #UnstoppableAfrica.
#timbuktoo is a movement! Our goal? Mobilize $1 billion, transform 100 million lives & create jobs. Join us to ignite the start up revolution across the African 🌍 continent.
Women have been unable to turn their relationships into anything tangible in Nigeria. That's why I think they generally excel better outside Nigeria.
World Bank, citibank, WTO, even UK politics, Oxford University etc where there is no mago mago only merit & excellence.
From my experience, anywhere where there is free unaccountable big money made from doing nothing, but having relationships : AMCON, Subsidy, crude lifting, a whole variety of "licenses" its Nigerian men that make up the largest proportion of recipients, not women.
I’d love more boring friends. I rarely drink alcohol, focusing on eating clean, and enjoy being at home to research, learn, tinker, experience music/movies, and that’s about it.
