The sad part is when I see these screenshots, I think about how much leaner they could be and how much money they're likely bleeding.
I know a brand who was doing $500K a month and at the end of the month, net cash was less than $50K.
Obviously it's still good income but knowing their business inside and out, within 90 days I could've leaned them out to $150K+ net cash based on the exact same figures but leaning our their operational structure as a whole. They bled so much money for no reason at all but laziness and lack of organization.
NAH, MY CUPRA LOOKS INSANE. ๐ฎโ๐จ๐ฅ
First time using this detailer in Cancรบn. EVERY detail? PERFECT.
Already booked again for next week. ๐
LESSON: The service gets you customers. The EXPERIENCE keeps them coming back. ๐ฏ

Last week I worked until 3AM for a client.
Two days ago? Took my 8-month-old son to his FIRST movie. โค๏ธ

I moved from Canada to Mexico and the only thing that I'll say clearly is that the healthcare system in Canada is brutal.
Canada keeps it public and doesn't allow private really but the public healthcare doesn't really serve anyone properly.
In Mexico, there's both public and private and the care received in the private is exceptional.
@ryukozyy I actually use a 27" 4K for my gaming, and I use a 27" 1080P vertical for chat, other platforms, etc. Dual Alienware monitor setup. Both are 240HZ if I need to swap it to horizontal and use both.
Really well said.
AI doesn't have to replace jobs.
It can enhance productivity and efficiency, and it can also help you solve a problem you're stuck on.
When ChatGPT first came out I was convinced it was going to wipe out a huge chunk of jobs. Now I watch people use it and the output is so bad it was better before they touched it.
The contrarian take on AI is that itโs not a threat... as long as you actually give a damn about the work, have taste, and curiosity. Those things are going to be worth more than ever.
I think you can make most brands last 300K miles. Honda, Nissan, Volvo, Audi, VW...
But I agree, huge difference if you are using synthetic oil, changing the filter on a regular basis and using top tier fuel.
I bought a brand new 2025 Cupra Formentor (made by VAG) when I moved to Mexico and I only use premium and try top tier when I can, I also changed the spark plugs early at 40,000KM and it rides like new today.
Toyota is definitely #1 in terms of reliability and dependability, though. No disputing that. Just stating that other brands can also make it 300K miles if you take care of them properly.

One thing I love about Mexico? The guy comes in a van to detail your car, with his pressure washer and all his tools inside the van... even an air compressor.
The Cupra is finally getting detailed after a couple of weeks of being dirty!
