@asinaib @SkodaIndia @BriteSkoda but @SkodaIndia it’s normal – I bought Kylaq on 25 July and on 19 October my clutch plate failed at just 6487 km. I called customer care, tweeted on handle, mailed too. Dealership told me to connect with Skoda and Skoda India said connect with dealership. 90+ days, no response.

@SkodaIndia If, according to you, this is my fault, just write me an email saying that if the clutch plate failed in just 6487 km, then this is a driving fault. Just send an email saying this is driving fault, not yours.

New @SkodaIndia Kylaq (manual) bought Oct 2025.
Clutch failed at just 2,200 km during a normal hilly drive. Burning smell observed. Dealer asking ₹15–16k saying “clutch plate fail”.
This is premature failure, not wear & tear.
Requesting Škoda India intervention.
