There is another approach that we can take i.e., considering observer frame - will always be more correct than the comoving frame. Pls look up this paper on Effective Age of Universe (EAOU) - accounts for time dilation in high redshift epochs

While it will be wrong to say there is no life anywhere other than Earth, one should start examining the probability of finding such life form within certain light year radius. Probability of finding life within 10 light year radius v/s 500 light years @DrAviLoeb

3i/Atlas seems to have chosen to ignore Earth. The very fact it is headed towards Jupiter to probably use its Gravity to gain speed while exiting the Solar System means it is intelligently controlled. It had a fairly good view of Mars, Venus, Earth and now Jupiter. @DrAviLoeb
