The day that the Affordable Care Act passed was one of my proudest moments — and @JoeBiden was right by my side to get it done.
The future of the ACA hangs in the balance in this election. We've come too far to go back — and we've got to do everything we can to protect it.
Today is Intersex Awareness Day. We are aware of the progress on the African continent for the recognition of intersex persons through the passage of Resolution 552 on the rights of intersex persons. We congratulate the hard work of our intersex rights activists to push for the recognition and protection of intersex persons. We encourage states in Africa to recognise and protect intersex persons.

The Executive Directors of CEPEHRG Inspire yesterday was with the team of volunteers at Koforidua to discuss the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment (PSEAH) and strategized ways to empower community members through reporting abuse. @mcobbinah80
Let me be clear and this is to people saying this is not fair. That same Ghana we saw people like Ama governor being refused graduation from law school after paying all that money all because of her “lifestyle”! It is good for her but not for someone who sent threats? You play!
There has been increased violence against LGBTIQ+ young people across Ghana. We would like to ask all using social media apps for hookups to be extremely cautious to avoid becoming victims. Call 0277 754247 to share experiences on apps for documentation and strategize for action.
I promise you that the LGBTI bill in parliament when passed will not end the LGBTI existence in Ghana. It will rather start a new breed of serious advocacy and actions ..@mcobbinah80@FrontlineCentre
