Hey Fam! Whew it's been awhile since I have been on Twitter! I just needed to focus while I have been working on a few goals! How have you all been? What's new? What are you all working on?
If you are stuck and looking for a job/career, use this time to observe which industries are essential, stable and/or remote. Look how companies are treating their employees. See which companies are struggling financially right now. Observe.

@caerbannogkitty Hello! I'm mainly watching CBTNuggets videos. But I also picked up the Exam Cram Security+ book. Comptia endorses it. I have not read it yet though!
I looooove studying for Security+! I'm so interested in these topics! Also, I'm beyond happy that I got my CCNA before the Security+. It definitely makes it easier since I already know about subnets, ip addresses, ACLs & NAT/PAT!
@ntzholdings Oooh good! So far I'm just learning the network security which so far thankfully has been a breeze. I can't wait to dive into the other topics!

If you are working on baby step 2 (paying off debt) Papa Dave Ramsey says it's okay to pause that for now and focus on saving. Focus on the four walls for now if that that's all you can do. Food. Utilities. Shelter. Transportation.
So this whole idea of well "let's not pay rent" could backfire on tenants as well because if landlords can't make their bills that impacts both the landlord and the tenant. Pay what you can. This is not a time to be selfish.
Please remember that landlords need to pay insurance, property tax, mortgage, some pay for water and other utilities. They may also need to pay contractors and Home Depot and Loews bills. Or they are saving to replace the roof. Some landlords don't even break even with rent.
I've been seeing a lot of anti-landlord tweets. Talking about how people should not pay rent. I know a landlord who is currently fighting cancer. Their only source of income is rent. If you can, pay your rent or some of it. Not all landlords are rolling in cash.
