@NewlinLaw Thought i’d let you know @megabus had a tire explode on a bus and when we called to find out what the protocol was, all they could say was “we only know the supposed time of arrival”. No type pf emergency response, no answer to family members of the status of the bus

@megabus @BCRFcure How about support your busses with proper maintenance! A tire EXPLODED on the bus my grandma was on and i’ve called to find out what @megabus protocol is and whess what YOU DONT HAVE ONE. All your people say is “all i can tell you is the time it was supposed to arrive” what?!!!
