A cheat code for walking in very high heels is doing heel raises w/ heavy weights. I started doing them last year & noticed that wearing 4 , 5, & even 6 inch heels became a lot easier. So if you’re having trouble walking in your fav heels try strengthening your calves ladies. 💋

First of all, the heat wave is so bad in New York that my roof caught on fire. The turf, wood seating, and decor all burnt up yesterday.
