@yukselhos We call it "goveđi pršut", it is made of the best peaces of beef meat (beefsteak, ramsteak), with a lot of kara biber, tuz ve sarımsak 😊 And dried in a special way...
The other kind is "plaha (in Herzegovina)/stelja (in Bosnia) - made of sheep or goat meet, whole sheep or goat..
