I had an interview with @cilerdemiralp on how I built a newsletter with over 5K+ subs. We talked about:

From 2,000 to today, I mainly focused on social media.
First I grew on Instagram, and then I found success on Linkedin.
I tried to build a personal brand, connecting with potential subs and sponsors.
Thatโs helped me a great deal with nurturing sponsorship opportunities.
Media is interesting.
No one wants to buy advertising space.
They need to buy advertising space because they don't fully understand their target customer.
Media companies should commoditize customer understanding.
Not eyeballs.
