The friendly ones.

lately i've been realizing that loving yourself goes beyond just solo dates. it's waking up early to have time to yourself in the mornings. it's meditation. it's movement. it's spending time in nature. it's eating more green and colorful. it's having a night-time routine. it's doing things you never thought you could do. it's making space to learn new things. it's rediscovering your child-like joy.
My oldest loves helping around the house. I still can’t believe I have a 6 year old that loves to vacuum and do dishes 🥹 & she loves her baby sister so much ugh I’m so blessed
i’m sorry but i’ll just never get over how the moment i stepped into adulthood i was hit with a pandemic, impending environmental collapse, inflation, and a cost of living crisis.
i’ll never understand anger when someone wants to better they life no matter how it looks. i be all here for one’s peace, new changes, and overall happiness no matter what it looks like for them
The older I get, the more I realize the value of staying low key, of cultivating your circle and only letting certain people in. You can be open, honest, and real while still understanding not everyone deserves a seat at your table.
