Sowore has taken governors, senators, lawmakers, security agencies, and even the President of Nigeria to court. This is a man who has spent much of his life fighting legal and political battles.

I hope police harassment will one day stop in Ekiti. I was a victim of police harassment in the state. Some years ago a police officer once brought out a charm ring to hit me at their check point along EKSU simply because I refused him from searching my box in a inside bush.
