@greateranglia Why? Didn’t work last week either... just the standard poor service that we all pay an arm and leg for. Get your vendors to sort it out for everybody.
Excellent service as usual by @greateranglia 2nd trip this week, 2nd with no WiFi. Not sure why you even bother offering it... oh, and the train likes to stop so we can admire the scenery...
@greateranglia Right now there are many many people standing and seated in the aisles - yet 1st class is empty. When will you actually give a damn about your customers? Business first, your customers are just suckers right?
@greateranglia So the business doesn’t care about the paying customers on the train? You allow too many people onto the train so they don’t have a seat? Surely there is a massive safety risk?
I think @greateranglia can take lessons from @ArrivaBuses on how to provide customers with “free” WiFi. Although both need to offer secure network options...
Still the “free” WiFi on @greateranglia trains is well, terrible. Not sure why I’m surprised. Intermittent service this morning and no connection this evening.
@greateranglia 2/2 - as I said, it’s just not reliable. I can understand it not working 1 out of 10 trips, but right now it’s a gamble on whether it’s working or not.
@greateranglia I think if the WiFi works as intended, maybe 1 trip out of 10 that’s a good week. It’s just not reliable at all. Current situation is as follows (1/2)
