Why are the DA not scrapping BEE procurement at the provincial level in the Western Cape?

None of these actions screams “liberal” or “rule of law”. When will the DA start standing by their supposed principles?

Right now, it seems they treat the Western Cape and Cape Town primarily as campaign tools for their national ambitions. How do we know what their values truly are if we can’t see them in their actions?
