@tomorrowland United?
Tomorrowland: we remain neutral on flags.
Also Tomorrowland incosistently applying their own policy: as a DJ you may show the flag of Ukraine and Palestine, but you are forbidden from showing the flag of Israel
@Uber_Support don’t even read my messages to assist with a problem. Cannot access our corporate account, unwilling to help but happy to keep sending us reports and charging
@Uber_Support are you going to help by refunding my order that never arrived ? Maybe my business degree skipped the part where you can just charge a client for a device or product you never supplied. Good business - revenue and zero costs
After my @ubereats_uk did not arrive on Saturday and I was refused a refund (a BOT kept posting the same automatic reply) - will be happily ordering @Deliveroo tonight!
@tax1man12345@john48896@ThomasTyoung16@UberUK @thesundaytimes @DailyMailUK@TfLTPH .. do not believe they will conduct one. I suppose this shows Uber’s response to security measures. How many times has this happened before? We will never know. My guess - many unattended incidents that we will never know about as Uber will not let the victim/reporter know
@UberUK FRIGHTENINGLY SERIOUS SAFETY THREAT occurred during a trip. Reported on app. Told would get back to us. Multiple follow ups. Now what? @thesundaytimes @DailyMailUK
@tax1man12345@john48896@ThomasTyoung16@UberUK @thesundaytimes @DailyMailUK@TfLTPH Update to anyone following: Uber contacted me after all this (since they do not seem to have strong enough internal reporting procedures). Outcome was they “assured” me they will conduct an investigation but will not report back at all. I explained that based on past experience I
@ThomasTyoung16@john48896 @thesundaytimes @DailyMailUK I will first afford Uber the chance to respond. Then will look into further. Also do not have drivers full identification details
@john48896@ThomasTyoung16@UberUK @thesundaytimes @DailyMailUK Owing to the in-app reporting function evidently not working this platform will be allowed in order try rectify the situation
@john48896@ThomasTyoung16@UberUK @thesundaytimes @DailyMailUK And then after a report we get told they take “reports of this nature extremely seriously”. The incident occurred on 5 June. Scary. Potentially dangerous criminal driver and they unwilling to deal with a serious issue?
