Hi @parcelforce , I have ordered a product from Amazon which was said to be delivered by you. You have now wasted 2 of my days waiting for you and your driver did a fake delivery attempt with no knock, no attempted delivery slip or email. This is outrageous.

@parcelforce first on 09/01/24 you send the package to the wrong depot. That’s 1 day wasted. Then you as I said your driver did a FAKE DELIVERY! NO ONE knocked on the door and there were 3 people in the house to hear it. No slip nothing.
