@AaronBower The rfl is not fit for purpose the rfl we need more youngsters playing the game with pathways through the sport this is on par with what the top six premier league teams did with the super league

The mind boggles. The thought of any existing pathway for players to progress to Super League being taken away simply does not make sense. If a club can't meet criteria surely there is more benefit in assisting the club to get where they need to be rather than cutting them.
