@rachelhobbs925 I agree, it's shocking no one saw before - homeschooling can be a great option for many people, but we absolutely need some sort of regulation around it. It's said in the article even just one annual check could have possibly helped these children long before now. #susocialwork

This would be an amazing move - it would take time and a huge shift in ideals and policies, but it doesn't seem so outlandish anymore. Just imagine the impact that this would have on the nation overall in the long run allowing so many more minds to enter higher ed. #SUsocialwork

@burnettabby16 This is a real concern, laws like these can so easily be abused, and that needs to be recognized for what it is. Those pointing out that it's not really that bad need to step back and think about why they are defending such a discriminatory law. #susocialwork
