@potterybarn -we bought the Banks dining room table, and within months, the finish started rubbing off. My husband has emailed customer service over the past year with no reply. Horrible customer service!!

@potterybarn - This past year, my husband has emailed the customer service team twice with no response to the awful quality of your Banks Dining Table that was not cheap. Within a couple of months, all the finish started coming off!! Worst customer service and even worse quality

@Minted: I ordered my Xmas cards in 11/22 & was sent another customer’s recipient address envelopes. I was promised by cust. serv. that they would rush the correct envelopes on 12/8. 2 weeks later and 5 different date change delays, still no tracking number sent
