@AmericanAir this happens after a gate checked back comes back 2 me in PHL. I call in a claim & you want me 2 prove 2 you this happened? I have no make up b/c the contents are gone, the bag is in pieces & I am missing scrubs. Why do I have to prove myself & your company did this?

@GeorgeTakei Your choice, but the vax protects the RECEIVER from getting extremely sick. It doesn’t stop the spread. Vaxed still may get sick & pass covid. Mask up. Honestly safe staffing ratios should be a bigger issue. HCP are getting 1:8 in hospitals, sounds like most would be ok with 1:10

@AmericanAir i am a nurse traveling into HNL for a covid crisis. luggage lost. 1st day this am. i was made to pay $80 for an upgrade, 2nd leg from lax to hnl was delayed over an hour missed group share, no covid headgear and no scrubs! no 24hr walmart, start at 9 bags at 11 seriously wtf AA!

@AmericanAir Paid extra to have my family together. FA Erica made my nephew take a different seat to accommodate another family! Our ticket was printed @ check in! We were mortified! All eyes on us! The gate attended came on too, the BA stated the same seat paid for! Terrible!
